How do I purchase tickets to an event at The Tivoli?

Tickets for events at The Tivoli are primarily sold through Ticketek. By clicking on the link on The Tivoli website you will be taken directly to the Ticketek website. Alternatively you can phone Ticketek on 132 849.

Tickets for selected events can also be purchased through Rocking Horse Records in Brisbane. Rocking Horse Records can be contacted on (07) 3229 5360.

All queries regarding tickets purchased through Ticketek, including lost tickets, cancelled performances, ticket collection and non-arrival of tickets via mail should be directed to Ticketek.

When can I pick up my ticket if I choose to collect from the venue?

If you choose "Box Office/Venue Collection" when purchasing tickets through Ticketek, you have two options for ticket collection:

1. You can visit the Box Office at The Tivoli during business hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday); or
2. You may collect your ticket on the night of the event at the Box Office once the doors are open.

Please remember to bring I.D. and the credit card you used to purchase your tickets.

How can I find out when tickets for an event will be going on sale?

By subscribing to our E-Newsletter you will receive regular e-mails which provides details of upcoming performances and tickets about to go on sale. To subscribe to the newsletter please go to the home page of The Tivloi website.

What are the age restrictions for an event?

Age restrictions and performance mode and determined by the promoter/band who has hired The Tivoli for the event. The restrictions will be under the performance listing on The Tivoli website.

Can I bring a minor to an over 18's event if I am their parent/guardian?

If the event is listed as "General Admission Standing - Over 18s only" then unfortunately no. Minor's may attend an event listed as "Reserved Seating" as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What time will the artist/band go on stage?

We can only estimate the performance time for an event. This information may not become available until the day of the performance. Please also be aware that performance times are subject to change on the evening of the event. To avoid disappointment and confusion we advertise the "doors open" time only, which appears on your ticket.

What time will an event finish?

We can only estimate the finish time of an event. This time is subject to change on the night. As a rough idea, "all ages events" usually finish by approximately 10.30pm and "over 18s events" usually finish by midnight at the latest.

How do I get to The Tivoli?

Brunswick Train Station in Fortitude Valley is the closest train station and is less than 10 minutes walking distance. Please note that if you are driving, Costin Street is ONE WAY. The Tivoli is on the left hand side approaching Gregory Terrace and opposite the RNA Showgrounds. There is on street parking available along Costin Street and in the streets surrounding The Tivoli. This parking is metered weekdays until 6pm only.

Will I be able to bring my camera/video camera into an event?

Please see the comming events section of this site to see what restrictions are applied to each coming event.

If there are no such restrictions listed, please call The Tivoli prior to the event you are attending to check camera restrictions for that particular event.

Is there a cloak room available?

The Tivoli does not have cloak room facilities. What you bring with you must stay with you during the event.

I am coming from out of town to see an event. What accommodation is close

As The Tivoli is located in the Brisbane City area, there are plenty of accommodation options nearby, which include:
